The history of NIREUS BOATS started back in 1977 in the city of Patras.
Growth came quickly, resulting in 1990 to develop our own boatyard facilities near sea in Agios Vasilios , Patras.
During the following years, NIREUS boatyard combining excellent quality of boat manufacturing and reliability at sea, became one of the leading boatyards in Greece, getting more and more clients every year.

With this mission in mind and the ability to combine beauty, technique and craftsmanship, the company in 2014 for the first time went beyont the borders of Greece, exporting NIREUS boats to various countries in Europe and China.
The generational change in 2015, led to the renaming of the company to LGK MARINE P.C. progressing at the same time to the gradual evolution of its products through modernization in construction and design.
The new strategies led in December 2022 to the launch of a new series of boats with the characteristic Brand Name “ AZZARA YACHTS”.
The first two models AZZARA 67s and AZZARA 49s, which were presented during 2023 ATHENS BOAT SHOW, immediately stood out for their unique design and the high quality construction, becoming the benchmark of LGK MARINE P.C. toward the future.
LGK MARINE P.C. experience, which was gained over the past 45 years, guarantee the manufacturing of high quality GRP boats, ensuring only for the best possible results.
Facilities
Our boatyard facilities, were designed in such a way , to accurately and strictly meet all the necessary specifications required. In the production area are installed temperature and humidify monitoring systems, as well as ventilation systems, creating the best production and working conditions.
European Standards
For better control over production LGK facilities are devided in: Plastics department, assembly department, carpentry department, electrical and general equipment department, outboard engine installation workshop and finishing department. All our boats are constructed according to European standards and are accompanied by a CE certificate.
The company holds a certificate ELOT EN ISO 14001:2015.
Simultaneously with the investments in the marketing and promotion, the company upgraded its production department. LGK MARINE P.C. , now has its own CNC router, allowing among other things, the in house construction of boats parts such as switch panels, tables , wooden inner constructions etc. The painting of molds is done with high quality gelcoats with the use of airless spraying system ensuring the best possible results. The new models are designed using the latest designing programmes, while the entire production process is recorded electronically in order to keep up with time tables and optimize the final product.
Our ultimate goal, following the development of modern shipbuilding and at the same time the values and ideals of our company, is the construction of fiberglass recreational boats, governed by 3 basic principles:
